Vanessa Bethea-Miller is the founder of Shaping Tomorrow Child Care Services. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). Vanessa is pursuing her doctorate of philosophy in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and currently holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with a concentration in ABA from Rider University. She also owns Bethea-Miller Behavioral Consulting, an agency that provides various behavior analytic services.

Vanessa has dedicated her time to working with neurodivergent children from 12 months old and up. She is passionate about providing quality and effective ABA services to this population. She is also passionate about using the principles of ABA in educating all children.

 

In the past, Vanessa has worked as a Director of Behavior Support Services for an adult residential facility and their day programs as well as a Behavior Analyst consultant in the homes of youth and adults.  She teaches various courses in Applied Behavior Analysis at the college level and has presented at conferences across the world.
